OUR RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your item(s).

All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a BrittanyandCo E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Prepaid Return Labels

We will send you an invoice for a pre-paid return label immediately after approving the request. In the event we do not provide a pre-paid return label, please be aware that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping, tracking, and insurance.

Can I exchange items?

We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.

Final Sale Items

Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.

Additional information on our Online Return Policy?
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • In the event that your return package is lost or stolen in transit, we are not responsible. When shipping back your returns, please keep your proof of postage and/or tracking number.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Store Returns Policy
  • We do not offer cash refunds. If a refund request is approved, a store credit will be issued. If you have a valid receipt and all tags attached, you may return the item within 7 days of the purchase date. Store Credits are not allowed on the following items:
  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Swimsuits
  • Any 3pc sets that contains an undergarment
  • Sale Items
Online Returns In Store

Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a e-gift card that can be used only on our online store. 

All items returned must be in original condition with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Store Credits are not allowed on the following items:

  • Bodysuits
  • Accessories
  • Swimsuits
  • Any 3pc sets that contains an undergarment
  • Sale Items
In the event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items ordered online, you will need to contact customer service at support@brittanyandco.com within 48-72 hours from delivery to receive store credit or exchange the item.

 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Fashion Nova items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
